If you have received your first PhAST Clinic device, and were instructed to create a PhAST account to link to it, you may do so here. You must create an account, and create an administrator user that can log in and access the account. After creating the account, you may log in with the adminstrator, and then configure the account, including creating more users if needed.
If your organization already has a PhAST account, log in here and add your device to the existing account.
